Tommy Körberg återvänder till teaterscenen som både skådespelare och artist i ”Lola” – en berättelse om längtan, rädsla, utanförskap och vad det gör med en människa. Pjäsen är en musikalisk monolog efter idé och regi av Sunil Munshi och spelas på Skandiascenen på Cirkus i Stockholm under hösten 2018. Lola har premiär den 22 september och biljetterna släpps den 28 februari.

Under hösten 2018 är Skandiascenen på Cirkus hemvist för allas vår Tommy Körberg som rollfiguren Lola i pjäsen med samma namn. I en avskalad tvåmannaföreställning som arbetats fram av Sunil Munshi och Tommy Körberg berättas en rörande historia om en människas resa genom livet ackompanjerat av sång och piano.

I pjäsen lär vi känna Lola, en showartist som på ålderns höst nått slutet av sin karriär och väljer att genomföra en sista föreställning. I realtid växlar huvudkaraktären mellan teatralt och lågmält berättande, och vi tas med på en varmt humoristisk resa genom liv, karriär, längtan och krossade drömmar.
