Som sångare och musikant är det av största vikt att välja rätt tonart och rätt tempo och att musiken behandlas med aktsamhet och kärlek. Detsamma gäller för de ädla druvor som skapar ett vin värt namnet. I denna anda har Tommy Körberg lanserat två viner under egen etikett.
Vinerna, en Roble och en Crianza, är tillverkade av det mångfalt prisbelönta spanska vinhuset Senorio de Bocos i distriktet Ribera del Duero. Båda vinerna är gjorda på druvan Tempranillo och är lagrade på franska och amerikanska ekfat i sex respektive tolv månader.
– Vin är för de flesta något positivt som bäst avnjutes med mat och vänner. Anna Maria Lenngren skrev 1793 ”Måttlighetens skål”, ett poetiskt motto jag numera håller mig till, så smaklig spis och låt gommen måttligt få bada i dessa druvors nobla essens, säger Tommy Körberg.
